Terms of Service
Last updated 2 September 2026
These terms govern your purchase and use of LeoCore Backup and this website. By buying or using the software you agree to them. They should be read together with our End User Licence Agreement, Privacy Policy and Refund & Delivery Policy.
1. Who you are dealing with
LeoCore Backup is produced and operated by:
Souq E Kamil Trading and Solutions WLL
Kingdom of Bahrain
Email: support@seksolution.com
Website: leocorebackup.seksolution.com
References to "we", "us" and "our" mean Souq E Kamil Trading and Solutions WLL. "You" means the individual or organisation purchasing or using the software.
2. Payments and Merchant of Record
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service enquiries relating to the transaction itself and handles returns.
This means your contract of sale is with Paddle.com Market Ltd, not with us. Paddle is responsible for calculating, collecting and remitting VAT, GST and sales taxes where they apply, and for issuing your invoice or receipt. Paddle's Buyer Terms and Conditions apply to the transaction alongside these terms.
We remain responsible for the software itself, for technical support, and for the licence we grant you.
3. Products and prices
LeoCore Backup is downloadable software for Microsoft Windows. It is offered in three editions:
- Solo — free of charge, downloaded from this website.
- Server — a paid, perpetual licence for one machine, with no limit on the number of databases.
- Datacenter — a paid, perpetual licence for one machine, adding transaction-log backups, point-in-time restore, automated restore drills, immutable storage and the estate view. Available singly or in volume packs; the site licence covers up to 25 machines within one organisation.
Current prices and the full feature comparison are shown on our pricing page. Prices are quoted in US dollars (USD) and are exclusive of taxes unless stated otherwise; any applicable tax is calculated and displayed by Paddle at checkout before you pay.
All paid licences are one-time purchases. There is no subscription, no recurring charge and no automatic renewal. Promotional prices, including launch discounts, apply only while displayed and do not alter purchases already completed.
4. Delivery and fulfilment
LeoCore Backup is a digital product. Nothing is shipped physically.
- Your licence key is generated immediately after Paddle confirms payment, normally within a few seconds.
- The key is shown on the order confirmation page at leocorebackup.seksolution.com/success and is also sent to the email address used at checkout.
- The software is obtained from our download page. There is a single build for every edition — your key unlocks the paid tiers in the copy you already have, so nothing further is downloaded after purchase.
- Access does not expire. A perpetual licence remains valid indefinitely.
If your licence key has not arrived within one hour of payment, email support@seksolution.com from the address you purchased with and we will resend it.
5. Cancellation and refunds
Because the product is delivered digitally and immediately, an order cannot be cancelled once the licence key has been issued. Instead, every paid licence carries a 14-day money-back guarantee: if the software does not do what you need, email us within 14 days of purchase and we will refund it in full, without requiring a reason.
Full details, including how refunds are processed and what happens to your backups, are in our Refund & Delivery Policy.
6. Licence to use the software
Your rights to install and use LeoCore Backup are set out in the End User Licence Agreement. In summary, a paid licence covers the number of machines stated on it, may be moved between machines whenever you need, and does not expire.
Restoring your backups is never restricted by licence status, in any edition, at any time — including after a licence has lapsed, been refunded or been revoked.
7. Support
Support is provided by email at support@seksolution.com.
- Datacenter — priority support, target first response one business day.
- Server — email support, target first response two business days.
- Solo — email support on a best-effort basis.
Support covers installation, configuration and operation of the software. It is not a database administration, data-recovery or consultancy service. Response targets are goals, not contractual guarantees, and exclude weekends and public holidays in the Kingdom of Bahrain.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the software unlawfully, or to process data you have no right to process;
- resell, rent, sublicense or redistribute the software without our written agreement;
- circumvent the licensing, or use a licence key you did not lawfully obtain;
- attempt to disrupt this website or the licence service, or probe them for vulnerabilities without our written permission.
If you believe you have found a security vulnerability, please report it to support@seksolution.com. We will not pursue researchers who report in good faith and allow us reasonable time to fix the issue.
9. Export control and sanctions
You may not download, use or re-export the software in breach of applicable export control or sanctions laws, or into any jurisdiction subject to a comprehensive embargo. By purchasing you confirm you are not located in such a jurisdiction and are not a person or entity subject to applicable sanctions listings.
10. Your responsibilities for your own data
Backup software is one part of a recovery strategy, not the whole of it. You remain responsible for choosing backup destinations appropriate to your risk, for keeping copies in more than one place, for safeguarding the archive encryption password — archives cannot be decrypted without it and we cannot recover it — and for periodically confirming that your backups restore. The Datacenter edition's automated restore-drill feature exists to make that last point straightforward.
11. Warranty
We warrant that the software will perform substantially as described in its documentation. If it does not, tell us: we will fix it, or refund you. To the fullest extent permitted by law, and beyond that warranty, the software is provided "as is" without further warranties of any kind.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with these terms is limited to the amount you paid for the licence in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for lost profits, lost revenue, lost or corrupted data, or indirect or consequential loss.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
13. Availability
We aim to keep this website and the licence service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The software is deliberately designed so that an outage of our licence service does not stop your backups or your restores.
14. Termination
Your licence ends if you materially breach these terms or the EULA and do not remedy the breach within 30 days of us notifying you. On termination you must stop using the software, but your existing archives remain restorable.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page. Changes are not retrospective: the terms in force at the time of your purchase govern that purchase.
16. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain, and the courts of the Kingdom of Bahrain have jurisdiction. Nothing here removes any mandatory statutory right you have as a consumer in your country of residence.
